Cork Equal and Sustainable Community Alliance - Alliance Coordinator (part-time)
Cork Equal and Sustainable Communities Alliance (CESCA) represents the coming together of seventeen diverse community and voluntary organisations, with the support of the HSE Social Inclusion Services Cork, to create a new way of working to address issues of inequality, disadvantage and social exclusion in Cork city.
CESCA now invites applications for the new position of Alliance Coordinator. The successful candidate will be employed by The Social and Health Education Project CLG, on behalf of CESCA, and work on a part-time basis to support and coordinate the Cork Equal and Sustainable Communities Alliance. This is a new position and the nature of the role may evolve over time. Essential requirements include: a clear and proven commitment to social justice and equality; a good understanding of advocacy and social policy, excellent project management experience, a minimum of two years post graduate experience working in a relevant field; experience working collaboratively with multiple organisations; and the ability to build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
