Start-Up: An evening for migrant entrepreneurs, innovators and aspiring business owners
Are you a migrant, refugee or asylum seeker? Do you have a business idea but you don't know how to start a business in Ireland?
Start-Up is a one-stop shop with experts from around the city who can help you make your business idea a reality. Find out about your social welfare entitlements, grants, your right to work, business financing at our event. We'll also have Cork business leaders on hand to provide tips.
We'll have stands from Citizens Information Centre, Cork Incubator Kitchens, Cork City Partnership and the Local Enterprise Office to tell you about the supports available in Cork. A representative from AIB will be on hand to tell you how you can secure financing for your business.
We're delighted to be joined on the evening by John Dennehy, Teresa Lenane and by Mike Kelly of Saraim who will provide their expertise in starting a business.
We also have a limited number of 1:1 consultations available. To apply send a short (1 page) business proposal to [email protected] or fill out the online form available here.
Join us on March 4th, 5.30pm to 7pm at St Peter's on North Main Street.
