Nasc and UCD School of Law host seminar Exploring the White Paper to End Direct Provision

Nasc, the Migrant and Refugee Rights Centre and UCD School of Law are hosting a rapid response seminar on the recently published White Paper to End Direct Provision. The White Paper proposes to shift fundamentally the manner in which the State recognizes and delivers upon rights of persons in the international protection process.  Fundamentally, the seminar will assess the extent that the White Paper marks the beginning of the end of the system of direct provision.
