Kostas Kapantais

Kostas holds a MA in Refugee Protection and Forced Migration Studies from the University of London and a BSc in Psychology from Aristotle University. He has worked as a Senior Project Officer for over five years with Terre des hommes (Tdh) and Save the Children, in various projects throughout Central and Northern Greece. Kostas has led multidisciplinary teams acting as first responders to refugees in crisis. He has experience working under different stakeholders, such as ECHO, UNHCR and DG HOME, doing humanitarian assistance work in both camps and apartments. As a Child Protection and Safeguarding Focal Point, he has extensive experience in the provision of holistic services to asylum seekers and refugees and supervising teams on the field.
