What we do / Our projects

What if five people could change a family’s future?

Would you like to help welcome a family to Ireland?

We’re looking for groups of five or more volunteers to form a Community Sponsorship Group.

With training and ongoing support, they help a family settle into their new home and community during their first months in Ireland.

Community Sponsorship in Ireland is part of the Government’s Irish Refugee Protection Programme (IRPP).

It is a structured nationwide programme that is supported locally. Groups are trained, guided and assisted at every stage.

You don’t even need to have a full group to get started.

If you are interested in Community Sponsorship, we can connect you with others in your area who are also looking to form a group.

Whether you are part of a sports club, workplace, faith group, or simply motivated to get involved, we would like to hear from you.
