Ciara Fitzgibbon

Ciara holds a degree in Social Care Work from South East Technological University and a Higher Diploma in Social Policy in UCC. She has worked with refugees and asylum seekers with Non Governmental Organisations both in Ireland and internationally. Ciara speaks Russian, having worked with an NGO in Siberia, Russia for five years. Ciara has a special interest in professional care relating to vulnerable migrants, migrant housing issues and meaningful integration that is supported at policy level. 

Ciara first joined Nasc as a Community Sponsorship Officer in 2024 before transitioning into the role of Community Sponsorship Manager in 2025.
