Up, up and away! We’re delighted to welcome the fourth cohort of students joining our Education Pathways Ireland Programme.
This year – three outstanding students – originally from South Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo and currently living in Uganda as refugees, have been selected through a highly competitive process to pursue postgraduate studies in Ireland.
The students will begin their academic journeys at Cork University Business School (CUBS), University College Cork, and at University College Dublin’s Smurfit School and School of Geography.
Their arrival is the result of a remarkable collaborative effort between Nasc, UNHCR Ireland and UNHCR Uganda, the Department Of Justice, University College Cork, University College Dublin, Community Sponsorship volunteers, and IOM.
We are proud to support these students as they begin this exciting new chapter and look forward to seeing all they will achieve in the years ahead.
